Smart Corporate stays was founded in 2017, as a property management company, starting with single let, HMOs, and then service accommodation holiday let, then focus on the corporate let and contractors market.

The company manages high cash flow properties specifically targeting corporate clients and contractors, business professionals, who are working in the area, offering them quality self-catering serviced accommodations, at the affordable prices, with excellent customer service and user experiences.

There are two key specific sectors in the self-catering serviced accommodation market. With the increasing competition and more properties being used as serviced accommodation, the holiday let market has become more saturated, due to the lower demand and over-supplied housing stock in the market.

The serviced accommodation property market has grown massively recently, the holiday and leisure market has become more competitive and saturated. With the unique business model, you will differentiate your business and join us to offer high quality properties with excellent user experience and leverage our system and brand to achieve finance freedom.

Since 2017, we focus on dealing with the long term direct bookings, from contractors and the corporate market. We understand they have specific needs and requirements, which are different from the holiday and leisure markets.

We have locations all over the UK and have helped many property investors to achieve success by increasing their rental income rapidly.

About the founder

Vanessa Zheng, with 28 years marketing background, has been working as senior lecturer in marketing for the last 15 years, and has run multiple international companies since 1995. She started to invest in property since 2013, bought 18 houses between 2013 to 2015, and managed over 75 HMOs, she has developed a business system - The direct booking model, which has increase occupancy level from 25% to 100% within 3 months in 2018, and scale the property business, from 5 units to 25 units.

She acquired more properties and scaled the property portfolio using Rent2Rent and acquired 7 properties in less than 4 months. She bought 7 x serviced accommodation properties in 2021, specifically for targeting the contractor market. She is a keen teacher and trainer and has helped many other property investors to become successful and achieve financial freedom.

Vanessa has built a property portfolio with 40 Units under herself and the holding company, 38 units with mortgages and the portfolio is still expanding. The existing property portfolio has a worth of over £6.5 million and achieves rental income for over 7 figures per year.

The Smart Property Investors Academy has trained many other property investors to become very successful running their service accommodation business by implementing the unique business model. The academy has online training, live clinic, live masterclass, and events, to help many others to achieve their goals and financial freedom.
